recovery.
Ophthalmic technology relates to the treatment of
vision defects.
Medical Laboratory Technology pertains to the study
and practice of the laboratory investigations necessary
for the diagnosis and treatment.
Prosthetic & Orthotic engineering involves design
and the manufacture of artificial structures, aids
and devices which may replace missing parts of the
body.
Pharmacy
For students aspiring to get
into the supply side of pharmaceuticals, drugs and
medicines, a diploma in pharmacy (D Pharma) will suffice.
However, if you are interested in drug development,
molecular drug design, simulation, testing, etc, a
degree in pharmacy, B Pharma, is a must. Many pharma
companies have set up their own research and development
centers. The Indian pharma companies have set up their
own research and development centers. The Indian pharma
industry is discovering new grounds with liberalization
and globalisation nies in the global arena, which
is giving a booster dose to the job market relating
to pharmaceuticals.
