HOTEL MANAGEMENT
The employment avenues in the hotel industry vary
within the industry and are largely dependent on the
size of the hotel and the clientele it caters to.
The spread of job menu is fairly diverse. Job potential
exists in areas relating to restaurant management,
club management, cruise ship hotel management, hospital
administration and catering, institutional and industrial
catering, airline catering and cabin services, manufactures
and suppliers of hotel equipment and services and
hotel and catering and cabin services, manufacturers
and suppliers of hotel equipment and services and
hotel and catering institutes. Jobs within a hotel
are also varied and depends on the size of the hotel.
Most hotel management professionals are employed in
star hotels and resorts and smaller hotels, obviously,
restrict the number of employees.
